Harald Demuth, the two-time German rally champion for Audi, began his motorsport career in 1970 with slalom and racing events in a Fiat 128. After various rallyees he became a factory and test driver at Audi.1982 and in 1984 Harald Demuth won the German Rally Championship. He drove for the works teams of Toyota, Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Mitsubishi and won numerous championship races in Germany and Europe. Since 1982 Harald Demuth led the ADAC rally school, from 1997 to 2005 came care of the ADAC From 2001 to 2004 he was sports director at Citroën Germany, responsible for the rally with Citroën Saxo Super 1600 in the German Rally Championship. Here Harald Demtuh took three championship titles for the French. Unforgettable is the drive in the Audi quattro on a snow-covered ski jumping hill in Finland.
